Pastor Chuck Andrews has been Administrator of the Biblical Counseling and Educational Center in Visalia for the past six years. He is a certified member of the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors (NANC)and the International Association of Biblical Counselors (IABC)and has been involved with biblical counseling for the past eleven years. He is Vice- President of IABC in charge of Certification and Mentors. Chuck has a B.A. degree in Psychology and Christian Counseling and his Masters Degree in Biblical Studies from Louisiana Baptist University. He has over 9,000 hours of counseling experience and has taught and developed seminars for the center for the past ten years. Chuck and his wife have two children and attend the V 1DE isalia Evangelical Free Church where he serves as Pastor of Administration and Counseling.
